About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
AIOps Strategy & Implementation
- Define, architect, and execute the enterprise-wide AIOps roadmap and Observability strategy.
- Implement end-to-end Observability pipelines across logs, metrics, and traces (APM, Infra, Network).
- Drive event correlation, alert deduplication, and noise reduction strategies to ensure high-fidelity alerting for operations teams.
- Deploy Machine Learning (ML) models for predictive maintenance, proactive anomaly detection, and capacity planning.
- Establish MLOps practices to manage the lifecycle, deployment, and monitoring of operational ML models.
- Architect and build self-healing infrastructure/remediation workflows to automate incident resolution.
- Work extensively on containerized environments (Kubernetes/EKS/AKS) across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
- Integrate AIOps platforms seamlessly with ITSM tools (specifically ServiceNow) for automated ticketing, routing, and incident lifecycle management.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers in implementing Observability and AIOps tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, and Application Development) to drive adoption of AIOps practices.
- Manage communication with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on system reliability metrics, ROI of AIOps initiatives, and project delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 8–12 years of core IT experience, with at least 4+ years of dedicated experience in SRE, Observability, and AIOps implementations.
- Observability Tools: Hands-on experience with industry-standard monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Elastic Stack, Prometheus, or Grafana).
