About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- AIOps & Event Correlation: Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise AIOps platforms (such as Dynatrace, Moogsoft, or BigPanda) to reduce alert noise, correlate multi-source events, and accelerate Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
- Observability & Telemetry: Design and implement end-to-end telemetry pipelines utilizing OpenTelemetry, ensuring robust data collection across cloud-native environments.
- Workflow Automation: Build intelligent, automated self-healing workflows and robotic process automations (RPA) using UiPath or Power Automate to resolve routine operational incidents without manual intervention.
- Data Pipeline & Streaming: Manage high-throughput, real-time event streaming architectures using Apache Kafka to ingest and process system logs, metrics, and traces.
- Log Analytics & Anomaly Detection: Implement advanced log analytics, statistical modeling, and anomaly detection algorithms to predict system degradations before they impact users.
- Infrastructure & Containers: Support and scale containerized deployments on Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (K8s) in cloud-native environments.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Create Clientive, executive-level and operational observability dashboards using Grafana or Splunk to provide real-time visibility into system health.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Integrate observability and automated testing gates into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
- Scripting & Automation: Write clean, efficient, and reusable infrastructure/automation scripts in Python.
