About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- AIOps & Event Correlation: Implement and manage enterprise AIOps tools to filter noise, correlate events across complex environments, and perform rapid root-cause analysis (RCA).
- Observability Management: Build, maintain, and optimize end-to-end observability solutions across logs, metrics, and distributed traces (APM) using modern observability platforms.
- Automation & Auto-Remediation: Design and develop automated self-healing workflows and runbooks using scripting languages (Python/Bash) to minimize MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution).
- Incident Management & ITSM: Drive end-to-end incident management workflows, lead complex technical RCAs, and deeply integrate monitoring/alerting systems with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
- Cloud & Containers: Support and monitor multi-cloud environments and Kubernetes-orchestrated workloads, ensuring system health, scalability, and performance.
- SRE & DevOps Adoption: Champion SRE principles by defining, measuring, and tracking SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets. Integrate monitoring and deployment pipelines with standard CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
