About The Job:

- We are looking for an innovative and well-organized MIS executive to join our MIS team.
- As an MIS executive you will be responsible to support multiple business units with their reporting requirements.
- The MIS Executive’s responsibilities include understanding the various business objectives, developing suitable reports and dashboards as per the process requirement, assisting the business units in meeting their performance goals and forecasting the resource requirements.
- To be a successful MIS, you should strive to improve knowledge through research and constant learning.
- Effective MIS Executives can find efficient and cost-effective solutions for the problems and can communicate effectively with their counterparts.
Essential Job Functions:
- Generating reports to analyse business performance across the functions on a periodic basis with adherence to quality and accuracy.
- Need to collaborate with multiple business units including onshore to develop reports and dashboards as per the business requirements.
- Responsible to provide insights on developing tracking and control mechanisms to ensure the quality and productivity of the teams responsible for.
- Need to coordinate with business unites to identify the process gaps and process enhancements.
- Responsible to prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports using intermediate/advanced excel.
Qualifications:
Skillset Required:
- Hands-on experience on MS Excel (Advanced Level), Macros and should be able to write SQL queries.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel Formula’s - v lookup/h-lookup/X-lookup, Nested Ifs, Power pivot, SUMIFS, knowledge of Macros to generate MIS Templates.
- Ability to work fast with accuracy.
- Flexible to work for extended hours / different shifts during critical assignments.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong work commitment.
- Good written and verbal communication skill.
- MS Power Query and Power BI knowledge on refreshing dashboards.
- VBA Coding.
