About The Client:
A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.
Essential Job Functions:
- Identifies and resolves business issues.
- Analyzes system logs and performance metrics, recommends and implements improvements, modifies SAP system parameters to improve performance, and troubleshoots issues.
- Configures SAP Transport Management System (TMS).
- Manages transports and performs daily monitoring/health checks.
- Runs and manages background jobs.
- Installs and configures printers, other devices, and email configurations.
- Sets up operation modes.
Qualifications:
- HANA experience is mandatory.
- Candidate should be open to travel.
- Should have performed kernel upgrades, patches & add-on upgrades, and system refresh/system copy.
- Should have experience in SAP system installations and upgrades.
- Hands-on experience in AMS/Support projects with exposure to ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Experience in SLA-driven support environments and handling critical/priority issues.
- Should be comfortable working in shifts/on-call support model.
- Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and preparing incident reports.
