Job Title: Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer
Experience: 3-10 Years (depending on role level)
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Remote (as applicable)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement BillingCenter solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance customers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter configuration, Gosu programming, integrations, and Guidewire best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Guidewire BillingCenter components including:

  • Data Model
  • PCF Screens
  • Business Rules
  • Workflows
  • Batch Processes
  • Typelists
  • Product Configuration

• Develop and maintain Guidewire BillingCenter applications using:

  • Gosu
  • GSQL
  • Guidewire APIs

• Design and implement integrations using:

  • SOAP/REST Web Services
  • Messaging Framework
  • Integration Gateway

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and project stakeholders.

• Support upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

• Experience with:

  • Java/J2EE
  • SQL

  • JSON

• Integration experience using:

  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Services
  • Messaging and Event-Driven Architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire BillingCenter Certification.

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).

• Knowledge of Insurance domain, especially:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
