Key Responsibilities:

AEM Development:
Designing, developing, and implementing AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Content Management:
Configuring and optimizing AEM for efficient content authoring and management, including providing training and support to content authors.
Integration:
Integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions and third-party systems, facilitating data exchange and seamless workflows.
Architecture & Infrastructure:
Contributing to the design and architecture of AEM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Customization & Extension:
Customizing and extending AEM functionality using OSGi bundles, Java, and other relevant technologies.
Performance Optimization:
Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in AEM solutions, conducting performance testing, and implementing optimizations.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving issues with AEM applications, including debugging and performance optimization.
Collaboration:
Working closely with UX/UI designers, content authors, backend developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of AEM concepts, architecture, and best practices.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with AEM development, including components, templates, and workflows.
Familiarity with AEM integration with other systems, including CRM, DAM, and analytics platforms.
Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting in AEM.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and services.
Experience with content management systems and digital asset management.
