Service Now Developer
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow ITSM Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Service Catalog & Self-Service Portal: Develop and enhance Service Catalog items and Self-Service Portal to improve user experience.
CMDB Management: Configure and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
