Minimum Qualifications

Key Skills and Expertise

Core SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Skills (Primary)

· Expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, including sites, hubs, lists, libraries, content types, and metadata management.

· Site provisioning and customization.

· SharePoint permissions, governance, and security best practices.

· Integration with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups.

· Modern SharePoint pages, web parts, and site design.

APIs & Integration (Primary)

· Proficient with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST API.

· Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID authentication and OAuth protocols.

· Building secure API calls in SPFx solutions.

· Consuming external REST APIs.

Azure Services (Cloud Skills) (Primary)

· Azure Functions for serverless backends in SharePoint solutions.

· Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation.

· Azure Storage (Blobs, Queues, Tables) management.

· App registrations and permissions in Azure.

SharePoint Framework (SPFx) (Secondary)

· Development of SPFx web parts, extensions, and Teams-integrated solutions.

· Skills in React (preferred), JavaScript, and TypeScript.

· Familiarity with Node.js development workflows.

· Experience using Gulp and Webpack build tools.

· Utilizing PnP JS and Graph client libraries.

Microsoft Power Platform (Secondary)

· Power Apps: Custom forms and canvas apps using SharePoint as a data source.

· Power Automate: Flows for approvals, automation, and integrations.

· Power BI: Embedding visual analytics in SharePoint pages.

· Utilization of Power Fx formula logic.
