- 8+ years' experience in SAP SD
- Proficiency in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and related OTC processes.
- Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, etc.)
- S4HANA implementation/Interfaces development experience.
- Experience in building interfaces with Third Party systems.
- Knowledge of working on RICEFW objects
- Analyze business requirements and configure SAP OTC modules (SD) to align with best practices and organizational needs, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to the OTC process, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to align OTC solutions with broader business objectives and requirements.
- Expertise in outbound logistics execution and 3PL integration for shipping and customer returns
- Capability to manage SAP SD module with MM (Inventory) integration to optimize supply chain processes
