Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM FileNet components (Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine, Workplace XT, Case Manager, etc.)
Monitor and ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of FileNet environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve FileNet system issues, working closely with development, database, and infrastructure teams.
Administer security policies, user roles, and permissions within the FileNet environment.
