Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and servers.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis of outages and degradations.

• Maintain and administer LAN, WAN, and VPN environments, ensuring secure and reliable communication.

• Manage network firewall rules, access controls, and security protocols in accordance with cybersecurity best practices.

• Ensure regular backups of network configurations and disaster recovery planning.

• Perform system and network upgrades, patches, and firmware updates as needed.

• Configure and manage IP addressing schemes, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation.

• Support end-users and technical teams in resolving network-related issues.

• Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Assist in planning and implementing network architecture changes and expansions.

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
