Customize and configure ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform upgrade assessments, code migrations, and platform optimizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Maintain documentation of design, configurations, and development activities.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
