We are actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate with a strong work ethic to join a talented Global Talent Acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, proactive, and experienced recruiting professional to contribute to a rapidly growing 1000+ employee firm globally. The Senior TA Associate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure that job requirements are met by identifying, attracting and on-boarding top talent efficiently and effectively meeting Peloton's dynamic business needs. The will start as a full time remote opportunity based out of Bangalore, India but will eventually become a hybrid role with in-office commitments.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Support

  • Lead and manage day-to-day IT support operations for India-based employees
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations with a strong focus on user satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain IT service delivery standards, SLAs, and best practices
  • Monitor support trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

End-User Services

  • Oversee laptop lifecycle management including procurement, imaging, configuration, deployment, and asset tracking
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees
  • Maintain high standards for hardware/software support, including troubleshooting and break/fix services
  • Partner with vendors for equipment procurement and support services


Customer Experience

  • Champion a customer-first culture within IT support
  • Drive continuous improvement in end-user experience and satisfaction metrics
  • Develop documentation, knowledge base articles, and self-service resources

Security & Compliance

  • Partner with global IT and security teams to implement and enforce security policies and standards
  • Ensure compliance with corporate security requirements (endpoint protection, patching, access controls, etc.)
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and remediation efforts as needed

Global Collaboration

  • Act as the India IT representative in global IT operations discussions
  • Align local processes with global IT standards, tools, and governance
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to global IT leadership on performance, risks, and initiatives


Team Leadership & Growth

  • Mentor and develop local IT support staff as the organization grows
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team environment
  • Manage workload distribution, performance, and professional development

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience supporting distributed or global organizations
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Laptop provisioning and lifecycle management
    • Imaging PC's via a PXE server, batch scripting, etc.
    • Windows Server
    • Windows 11
    • Identity and access management tools (e.g., MSAD, EntraID)
    • Microsoft 365 Admin Center, M365 Groups
    • Endpoint management
    • ITSM tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
  • Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and third-party service providers
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-growing environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting rapid organizational growth or scaling IT operations
  • ITIL certification or similar service management training
  • Experience working in multinational or enterprise environments

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location.
