Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Manager- Infrastructure to lead IT
infrastructure strategy and operations. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for designing, building, and scaling a world-class, secure, and resilient infrastructure
What will you do?
Lead transformation initiatives across data center, network, and Storage
Drive adoption of emerging technologies in data center technologies
Oversee 24x7 operations for global infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and business continuity.
Establish and enforce ITIL/ITSM best practices for service delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Champion a robust cybersecurity posture, implementing advanced threat detection, dataprotection, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
Skills Needed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles, preferably in
product/software, BFSI, or technology-driven organizations.
Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure management
Deep expertise in virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to manage large teams (20+),
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a passion for innovation.
Relevant certifications (ITIL Expert, PMP, CISSP, CISM, Cloud Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
