Cybersecurity Consultant - CSPM Service Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of our
multi-tenant CSPM solution, serving various internal customers. The successful
candidate will ensure the secure operation of our cloud security posture, develop processes to optimize
the use of the CNAPP platform across multiple tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the multi-tenant CSPM solution (Primary) and/or other equivalent solutions
Administration of the tool
Access management
RBAC rights review
Access keys recertification
Onboarding of new tenants
Account groups creations on LZ
Licensing follow-up
Vendor relationship management
Ingestion anomalies management
Cortex Migration
- Support in Developing and implementing processes for CNAPP service delivery, tailored to meet the needs of diverse tenants and business objectives/goals
- Continuously measure to enhance and mature the implemented processes and identify the areas of improvement for the effective and efficient CNAPP service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CNAPP solution with existing security tools (SIEM, IAM etc) and systems, ensuring seamless multi-tenancy support
- Participate in the Steerco meetings on the CNAPP services and follow-up on any escalations to the service resolution with the relevant stakeholders
- Review and improve the SLAs and Metrics followed in managing the CNAPP services with the respective stakeholders
- Act as a primary escalation point of contact for the cross-functional team, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring effective services
- Review and ensure updated documentation and playbooks for CNAPP processes and procedures, adaptable to various tenant requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security threats and technologies, making recommendations for platform improvements that will improve the cloud security posture
- Collaborate with CNAPP CSPs on the regular security patching reports, solution availability/performance and support in publishing reports on the overall CNAPP and public cloud security posture
- Support in identifying the service improvements to improve the CNAPP services such as performance/availability, CSP security reporting etc.,
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular reporting and updates to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure tenant segregation, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in cloud security, preferably with Palo Alto's CNAPP/other equivalent solutions and multi-tenancy expertise
- 10 Years of experience in managing/supporting the security services and reporting
- Good understanding of security services management, cloud security architecture, security frameworks( Mitre, NIST and CIS) , and data privacy regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer management skills
- Familiarity with security automation and orchestration tools, adapted for multi-tenancy
- Certifications in cloud security, compliance, or related fields
