Job Description

Specailist Software Engineer with 5 years of experience in tooling development, hands on experience on tools such as Shinken, SPLUNK, Graphana and exposure of thousand eyes with deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies-particularly React.js.LINUX on the frontend and Python with Django on the backend. leading, design and impact analysis of all new features and enhancements. Take full ownership of the end-to-end technical process-from requirement analysis and architecture design to development, deployment, and post-release support.

Must have Technical Expertise:

• Python (Django)
• Excelling scripting knowledge
• React or Angular Experience
• Django

• MONGODB / INFLUXDB
• Strong knowledge on version control (GIT)

Good to have Skills

• Hands on experience on any of the tools on operations, Managing and building up the dashboards

Key Responsibilities

Lead and design the dashboard on various tools such as Graphana, Splunk

Extensive understanding of maintaining and hands on experience on Shinken. Upgrades, migration from GEN1 and GEN2.

Advance level expertise on Tuffin.

Shinken , Splunk,Tuffin and other tools incidents and issues resolutions

Able to resolve issues related to tools in production

Clear understanding of Agile workflow and CI/CD pipeline

Clear understanding of ITSM processes especially change management

Lead the design and impact analysis of all new features and product enhancements.

Own and drive all aspects of the software development process from design to deployment.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Perform peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are translated into scalable and performant designs.

Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.

Ensure the application architecture supports scalability, performance, and security best practices.

Serom management (Security Event and Response Orchestration Management),

Lead the design and impact analysis of all new features and product enhancements.

Own and drive all aspects of the software development process from design to deployment.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Perform peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.

10 years of hands-on software development experience.

Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles.

Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.

Expertise in front-end development using React.js.

Strong backend development experience using Python with Django framework.

Experience with designing for scalability and high performance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
