Job Description:
BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation): Proficiency in modeling, designing, and automating business processes using the standard.
Java Programming: jBPM is a Java-based open-source workflow engine, so strong Java skills are fundamental for integration, custom service tasks, and development.
Process Design and Modeling: Ability to use the web-based jBPM Process Designer in Business Central (or other IDEs like Eclipse with plugins) to graphically create flowcharts, handle events, and manage human tasks. Spring / Spring Boot
Integration: Skills to integrate jBPM with external services and applications using various methods like REST APIs, Java APIs, JMS queues, and web services.
Persistence and Transactions: Knowledge of configuring pluggable persistence (JPA) and transaction support (JTA) to manage runtime states and audit logs.
Business Rules & Event Processing: Understanding how to combine jBPM with the Drools rule engine to model complex business logic involving rules and events.
Human Task Management: Ability to define, assign, and manage user tasks, including form modeling for data input, through the Task Service and Task Inbox.
Deployment & Configuration: Experience in installing, configuring, and deploying jBPM in various environments (e.g., standalone, cloud, or on application servers like JBoss).
