Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for IT Staffing and Services.
Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Facility Heads, and Business Owners.
Has worked on GCC Clients in India and overseas
Conduct client meetings, understand business and technical requirements, and coordinate solution discussions with internal technical teams.
Prepare proposals, commercials, presentations, and follow-ups for new projects.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build a strong local pipeline across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Pune.
Track opportunities through CRM or internal sales trackers.
Support client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure.
Work closely with delivery, technical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Proven Track record in adding new logos for IT Staffing and Infra services
