We are looking for a <\/span>Functional Leader and Senior Business Analyst - CRM<\/span><\/b> to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in <\/span>CRM systems<\/span><\/b> and a strong background in <\/span>business analysis within the banking domain<\/span><\/b>. The candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, driving CRM strategy, and leading functional teams across large\-scale transformation programs.<\/span><\/span>

Lead functional analysis and requirement gathering for CRM initiatives in the banking sector.<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Define and document business processes, functional specifications, and user stories.<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Drive CRM roadmap planning, solution design, and functional testing.<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis sessions.<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Provide leadership to junior BAs and functional consultants.<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards in CRM implementations.<\/span>

Hands\-on experience with CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics CRM, Oracle CX, or similar.<\/span>
