Assistant Manager - Non-Aero Commercial Project

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP/Project Management Certification preferred.

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Airport Projects, Commercial Fit-Outs, Retail, Hospitality, Infrastructure, or Mixed-Use Developments.

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end fit-out projects for Retail, F&B, Lounges, Duty Free, Hotel, Inflight Kitchen, and Passenger Service facilities.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, quality, and operational readiness.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Procurement, HSE, and Facility Management.
• Liaise with concessionaires, consultants, contractors, architects, and government authorities.

Technical & Compliance Coordination

• Review MEP requirements and utility provisions.
• Ensure compliance with BCAS, airport security, fire & life safety, HSE, and regulatory requirements.

Operational Readiness

• Drive outlet readiness, inspections, approvals, snag closure, and commissioning activities.
• Support airport inauguration, trial operations, commercial opening, and flight commencement.

Tenant & Contractor Management

• Monitor concessionaire execution, contractor performance, resource deployment, and project commitments.
• Resolve bottlenecks and ensure contractual compliance.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, risk registers, management presentations, and readiness reports.
• Maintain MOMs, approval notes, escalation reports, and project documentation.
