Role Overview
Eternal Robotics (ER) is a rapidly growing robotics and AI company specializing in
industrial AI and computer vision solutions for manufacturing and industrial segments.
We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Director - Sales &
Partnerships to drive Hypervise's market expansion, strategic alliances, and revenue
growth across domestic and international markets.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping and executing ER
Hypervise's go-to-market (GTM) and business strategy, developing high-impact
partnerships, and influencing product direction through customer and market insights.
The role requires exceptional consultative selling expertise, ecosystem-building acumen,
and a strong understanding of manufacturing and process industry domains.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth
Manage end-to-end sales cycles and deal closures
Customer & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Partnership & Market Expansion
Develop strategic partnerships and channel networks
Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements
Leadership & Strategic Planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Analyze market trends and competitive insights
Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA
preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or GTM
leadership roles in industrial tech / AI/manufacturing solutions.
Proven record of developing new markets and partnerships, achieving revenue
targets, and influencing product direction.
Willingness to travel extensively for client, partner, and industry engagement.
