Job Summary:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a minimum of 7-10 years of ServiceNow implementation experience to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly Service Management (SoM), Network & Infrastructure (TNI), while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solution architectures.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and architecture reviews.
- Design integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Develop governance, platform standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and technical consultants.
- Review technical designs, customizations, and application configurations.
- Ensure platform security, performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Participate in upgrade planning, instance strategy, and release management.
- Prepare architecture documentation, solution design documents, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
- At least 3 years in a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Architect role.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong experience with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
