Associate Care Executive
Job Responsibilities
Place phone calls to associates for Outbound from our computerized directory
Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of onboarding program.
Ability to receive calls with basic hospitality and resolve associates query.
Answer potential associates' questions about Joining and onboarding.
Track associates on completing joining formalities and get Onboarding completed daily.
Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment.
Having eye for an error in identifying and verifying basic documents.
Train other Onboarding Executive when required
Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
Refer associates complaints to supervisor for quality control.
Communicate respectfully and politely with associates at all times.
Flexible to work in straight 9 hours shift between 7 AM to 11PM (7 AM- 4 PM) (930 - 630 PM, (1200 PM-9PM), Rotational weekly Shift.
One Weekly Off per Week (Any week day), One weekend off per month.
Yearly PL,CL, SL, as per HR policy.

Educational Qualification
Under Graduate/Graduation.
Excellent phone manner and articulation.
Advanced Excel Knowledge
Ability to type minimum 40 WPM (words per minute)
Ability to send and respond mails.
Basic computer handling skills.
Should be able to read, write and communicate well in Regional Language, English and Hindi.
