Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud / Experience Cloud)
Location: India - Remote
Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer specializing in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to build scalable customer facing and agent facing solutions. This role focuses on case management, digital experiences, automation, and integrations that support customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Build and optimize case management, Omni Channel routing, knowledge management, and service processes.
  • Design and deploy Experience Cloud sites including authentication, page layouts, custom components, and secure data sharing.
  • Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder (legacy), and platform events.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event driven architecture.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, and IT teams to deliver intuitive, scalable service experiences.
  • Support release management, testing, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands on experience with Service Cloud (cases, entitlements, SLAs, Omni Channel).
  • Proven experience building Experience Cloud portals and custom LWC components.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and community access models.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CPQ/Revenue Coud
  • Experience with CTI integrations, chatbots, or digital engagement.
  • Familiarity with middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi).
  • Knowledge of data migration tools and best practices.
  • Strong UI/UX awareness for portal design.
