As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative data products, solutions, and frameworks. You will play a key role in enabling effective data democratization through well-designed solutions aligned with Client standards.

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative data products, solutions, and frameworks. You will play a key role in enabling effective data democratization through well-designed solutions aligned with Client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data products, solutions, and infrastructure
- Build data pipelines and compliance-driven infrastructure in AWS Databricks
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Work with large card payment datasets ensuring high data quality and performance
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms
- Support data transformation, integration, and validation for analytics and BI reporting
- Optimize pipelines for performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues with root cause analysis
- Document data processes, lineage, and technical specifications
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation and monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 6 8 years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles
- Strong experience with Spark data pipelines using Python in Databricks
- Expertise in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing
- Experience with Delta Live Tables or similar automation tools
- Strong knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and AWS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams
- Experience working in Agile environments
