Role Description:
Integrated Scrum Team Members are responsible for
Designing, programming, and validating new features and enhancements to platform software as defined under the scrum process guidance
Acting as the subject matter expert for the features
Acting as a key contributor throughout the software development lifecycle.
Supporting the Agile and Scrum methodologies utilized by the Platform Development organization to maintain tight schedules and high-quality code bases for all of the offerings that the organization supports.
Owning and practicing solid technical and process practices
Good communication skills

Strong leadership, project and team-building skills, including the ability to lead teams and drive projects and initiatives in multiple departments
Demonstrated ability to identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projects

Experience with Agile development methodology

Full Stack Developer
HTML 5, CSS/Sass, MVC, .NET 8+, C#, REST, jQuery, Unit Testing, SQL Server 2019 and above

AI assisted Development, React, BDD, Experience in Build Process, GIT, Azure DevOps

BE/BTech/MCA/BSc Computer Science
