We are hiring for our Costing & Budgeting team at Mahindra Lifespaces (Head Office).
Principal Accountabilities
- Cost planning & budgeting for real estate projects
- Quantification & BOQ preparation/review
- Tendering, procurement support & rate analysis
- Project cost control, variance analysis & reporting
- Value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
- Coordination with design, execution and procurement teams

Qualification and Experience
- B.E Civil
- 5 to 8 years of experience
