Regional Manager - Channel Acquisition - SME - Wholesale Banking
M5-M6 I Mumbai /Delhi/Bangalore
JOB ROLE
SME is a part of Wholesale Banking that manages lending business for Small & Medium enterprises with a turnover between 50 to 500 CR. The business is the fastest growing vertical within Wholesale Banking at Kotak and has been growing at a fast rate with a base of 3000 + customers.
This role will report to National Manager - Channel Acquisition
Lead strategic imperatives for the Acquisition team in the areas of productivity, employee engagement, credit, channel and client engagement for a dedicated Region
Build best in class channel synergy with SME for your region
Will drive Cross sell \ RM productivity for Acquisition team
Improving the share of internal Channel for SME business
Close Coverage of channel partners to ensure our strategies are aligned and we jointly drive NTBs for SME (will include travel, channel meetings, client meetings, managing and organizing seminars, events etc.)
Frequent meetings and interactions with channel partners with an intent to develop pipeline and timely delivery
Drive CASA strategy
Requirements:
MBA/Post-Graduate with min 10+ years of work experience
Must have knowledge of various SME banking products along with Analytical and financial skills
Strong channel connect
Knowledge of SME clients and portfolio
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong collaboration skills
