Job Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close.

• Review and approve complex journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses to ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

• Drive month-end close governance by monitoring deliverables, reviewing schedules, resolving aged reconciling items, and ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
• Lead process improvement, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
• Mentor and develop team members, manage workload allocation, conduct quality reviews, and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA pursuing or qualified is an added advantage). B.com (H) Preferred.
• 6-9 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R), General Ledger, or Financial Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
