Operations-Senior Executive

• Independently lead and execute detailed financial research, including benchmarking analysis, industry studies, and company profiling, to support valuation and strategic deliverables.
• Source, extract, structure, and validate data from multiple databases and research platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Translate business objectives and stakeholder requirements into structured analytical frameworks, delivering actionable insights with minimal supervision.
• Synthesize complex financial and qualitative information into clear, concise, and client-ready presentations, reports, and deliverables.
• Interpret and simplify complex financial concepts to develop high-quality valuation summaries, dashboards, and executive-level materials.
• Apply advanced valuation methodologies, including trading comparables, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Leveraged Buyout (LBO), and merger modeling, ensuring robust and accurate outputs.
• Build, review, and validate financial models with a consultative approach, ensuring sound assumptions, logical consistency, and defensible valuation conclusions.
• Perform rigorous quality reviews of models, analyses, and presentations, ensuring adherence to best practices and consistency with valuation standards.
• Develop client-ready materials such as valuation decks, benchmarking analyses, and industry insights with strong ownership and accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders while independently managing deliverables, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate sector-specific trends, macroeconomic indicators, and market developments relevant to valuation engagements.
• Review financial models and reports with a strong focus on the validity of assumptions, methodological rigor, and overall valuation rationale.
