Business Analytics and Delivery Skills

  • Requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and structured problem solving
  • Data analysis, visualization, and exposure to AI-enabled tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Define data needs, perform data preparation, and support AI-driven reporting
  • Process analysis, documentation, and identification of improvement opportunities

  • Translate data and process insights into clear, actionable outcomes

Solution Shaping, Domain & AI-Enabled Capabilities

  • Translate business problems into data-driven or AI-enabled solution opportunities
  • Identify and evaluate use cases based on feasibility, impact, and data availability
  • Apply domain context to guide solution outputs, quality expectations, and controls
  • Define high-level solution approaches, workflows, and decision frameworks
  • Conduct Current state assessments and documentation and recommend AI enabled future state
  • Apply domain understanding to improve accuracy, consistency, and relevance of AI-generated outputs
  • Support development of phased implementation plans aligned to business priorities
  • Define validation approaches, checkpoints, and human intervention points where required
  • Review and validate solution outputs to ensure alignment with business expectations

Support adoption through clear documentation, training inputs, and feedback incorporation

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, analytics, or related roles
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Experience in stakeholder interaction and requirement elicitation
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI / Tableau)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of process improvement, data analytics, and digital transformation concepts
  • Prior work experience and knowledge in the Insurance domain will be preferred
  • Experience in working with AI tools and applications will be an advantage
  • Participate in end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled consulting engagements-from proposal through final outputs
  • Structure problem statements, define analytical approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Analyze business processes and operational data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture processes, pain points, controls, data touchpoints, and AI enablement areas
  • Develop current- and future-state artifacts (process maps, SOPs, journey maps, RACI) aligned to AI-driven transformation
  • Perform data analysis and work decomposition to quantify impact, benefits, and business case value
  • Create executive-ready presentations, narratives, and deliverables for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights, shape AI-driven solutions, and track emerging AI and industry trends
