Job Description

· CSOD Admin with a minimum of 2-3 year experience on configuration and administration.
· Hands on Experience in Migrating existing training content into CSOD
· Work closely with Onsite CSOD admin on migrations of content
· Experience in working CSOD product support on tickets and issues.
· Work on Service Now ticketing tool and record issues on day-to-day basis.
· CSOD Implementation expertise is good to have skill
· Integration experience with tools used by AJG (IBM Cast Iron or Adeptia) would be added advantage.
· Very good communication skills as there would be lots of co-ordination in day-to-day basis.
