Urgent Opening for IFS Application Function
Role Descriptions: To Handle IFS9 or above implementation for Finance Business Process (GL| AP| AR| FA| CM| Taxation Reporting).To Hande tax-related configurations for various localizations across countries. Expertise in Accounts Bank Reconciliation and Closing administration. Supporting month-end and year-end closure activities (e.g.| finalizing batches| running depreciation| closing periods).Reconciliation of sub-ledgers (AR| AP| FA) with the General Ledger. Assist in re-correcting posting errors and other financial transactions .Ensure posting control and integration with other modules (logistics| project| manufacturing) and correct thro mapping scheme if required. Expertise in IFS Business Reporter and One Stream. Preparation of Functional Specifications based on Business Requirements for customizations| reports and interfaces. Preparation of end-to-end Functional Effort Estimation Time for customizations| reports and interfaces. Support technical team for development and unit testing integration testing of developed functionality. Perform System Integration Testing for Finance Business Process. Support customer team for User acceptance testing (UAT)Integration Knowledge of IFS9 or above with third party application like Banking Systems| Billing Systems| e-Invoicing| Read Soft. Resolve incidents and service requests in line with the SLA clause via ticketing tool SNOW and tracking individual tasks through Jira Board. Troubleshoot application customization bugs and transactional errors with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for recurring issues and provide mitigations .Identify frequent issues and suggest process or configuration improvements. Perform RTP Discovery Gap analysis workshops with the stakeholders to identify the gaps to perform change impact analysis and plan the respective mitigation actions. Conduct End to End Key users End users training on IFS10 Finance Business Process. Responsible for scope finalization of CRs| requirement analysis| test scenarios test cases identification and design based on change requests. Support testing during updates| patching and enhancements (UAT| Regression Testing).Maintain user manuals| SOPs| configuration guides| and issue resolution documents. Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements. Design solutions aligned with industry best practices and business requirements. Provide hyper care and ongoing support after go-live.
Essential Skills: 4 Years of Experience on implementation and Support of end to end Finance Business Process and Sub Process with industry domain expertise.4 to 6 Years of Experience handling multiple versions of IFS ERP along with sound Integration knowledge. Experience in end-to-end Implementation and Support Projects. Experience in deriving Functional Effort Estimation .Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Must Have skills Experienced across multiple versions of IFS ERP. Good to have skills Knowledge on IFS Quick Reports| MRO and Business Reporter.
