Ø Good exposure to lifecycle methodologies - Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban/ POD/ SAFe / DevOps/ SecOps with relevant certifications and knowledge of engineering tools

Ø Proficiency in assessment for application development / maintenance projects and ability to understand the business / customer expectations, problem statement and tailor assessments to Client risks up front

Ø Ability to scan, interpret contractual commitments and verify fulfillments. Ability to understand, interpret, correlate metrics and drive decisions.

Ø Hands on development experience or foundational knowledge on relevant technologies such as Java, .Net, Cloud, Digital technologies, COTs products and accelerators such as Codenizant, CAST etc

Ø Soft Skills – interest to learn new Technologies / Tools / Processes, strategic thinking, articulate with conviction, communication & Presentation skills (Verbal & written at leadership) , negotiation, conflict management, convince stakeholders (both internal and customer) based on assessment outcomes

Ø Fundamental Knowledge of international quality models and standards such as ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL, etc.
