Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in performance engineering or related roles.
- Strong expertise in LoadRunner/JMeter & NeoLoad for load and stress testing.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics / Dynatrace, and Dynatrace.
- Proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex systems End to End.
- Strong understanding of API Performance testing and testing input & endpoints using REST API.
- Solid understanding of system architecture's, cloud environments, and databases & Integrations.
- eCommerce or retail domain experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent communication, Great Presentation skills and teamwork abilities. Exposure in handling multiple stakeholders
- Worked in Agile Environment / teams (SAFE Agile) & familiar with using JIRA & Confluence.
- Coordinate offshore/Onshore Team and accomplish the tasks on time.
