Roles & Responsibility:

• Provide a L2 support for Windows 2008 ,2012, Windows 2016 and Windows 2019
• Exchange 2010/ 2016, O365 and Active directory related issues
• Exchange server Maintenance and rollup updates
• Mailbox Database and Public Folder Database management
• Monitoring the inbound and outbound Mails
• Managing the Email Gateway (Symantec and EOP)
• Managing the AAD, ADFS and WAP servers
• Writing PowerShell scripts for automating the process like disk space management, domain controller migration depending on the project requirements.
• Assisting in Root cause analysis report and Responsible for resolving issues
• Recover the end users mails from Office 365
• Use of Network Monitor, Performance Monitor, Exmon, Log Parser, EXTRA, Fiddler to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Monitor post Migration activities
• Providing appropriate rights to user accounts according to requirements
• Troubleshoot the Exchange database backup failure issues in DPM servers.
• Install New patch roll out
• Proficient on Patching, IIS, Cluster, Hardware issues, Backup, Antivirus, Active directory, DNS, DHCP issues)
• Installation, Configuration & Administration of Windows 2008, 2012 ,2016 and 2019 OS
• Proficient in Remote desktop and terminal services.
• Configuring dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP)
• Create PowerShell scripts on environments to save time & FTE
• Implementation of Quest migration manager tool for migrating the Lotus server mailbox to Exchange server.
• Exposure to Windows Hypervisor and EXSI
• Troubleshooting Issues related to Outlook client that has been escalated by the desktop team.
• Active directory management including creating admin user accounts & managing user accounts, group
• Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to Active Directory including replication.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Windows server 2003/2008/2012
• Exchange Online Exchange Onprem 2010/2016, ADRMS, Windows Active directory, ADFS and WAP servers and Enterprise vault.
• Basic Understanding on Storage and Networking
