- Maintenance Activities
- Real time incidents (providing L2 and L3 support for AD/user administration/issue)
- Informing any major problems, service breaks to stakeholders
- Resolution of Technical/Operational/Performance/Crash issues related Active Directory
- Communication & Alert of changes in the Active Directory Environment
- Co-ordination with Microsoft for product related and 4th level issue
- Conducting ADRAP on yearly basis in co-ordination with Microsoft
- Liaising with appropriate support group for troubleshooting issues related to areas which has an impact on AD services
