Tibco BW5 & BW6 Development and Enhancement
Mandatory Skills
  1. Must have minimum 5 Years experience with TIBCO BW5/6
  2. Should have basic knowledge on Java and willing to work on as well.
  3. Experience and Knowledge of Agile and Scrum Process and coordinate with teams
  4. Strong communication skills
  5. Abide by team coding standards, development processes and best practices
  6. Develop low level design documents and review technical documents from Solution Architects for projects
  7. Review low level design
  8. User story and write testable code and follow dev ops process
  9. Perform code review
Soft skills: -
  1. Good in multitasking.
  2. Good in decision making and debugging issues.
  3. Exposure in coordinating with multiple stake holders as part of team.
  4. Good in communication
  5. Should have good logical thinking and exhibit good attitude.
