1.Working experience in Agile framework in fast moving Tech environments.
2. In-depth experience facilitating agile ceremonies, and mentoring teams/individuals on agile values, design thinking, customer value, product management etc.
3. Strong experience in on driving agile transformations from design to implementation
4. Strong working knowledge of technical engineering, continuous integration and DevOps.
5. Deliver software projects within the agreed timeframe and quality standards.
6. Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
7. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
8. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
9. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications.
10. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
11. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
12. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
13. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
14. Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
