Job Description for PEGA

1) Pega Lead System Architect Job Description

· Primary Skill: Pega PRPC

· Minimum 6 Years of Pega Experience with PEGA CLSA certification and min 1 year Pega 8 implementation experience

· Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming concepts and RDBMS concepts

· Basic Core Java knowledge

· Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing solutions using Pega

· Take ownership of PEGA technology proposals to respond. Understand technical and functional aspects of the project.

· Responsible for sizing of the project.

· Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon solid, hands-on development experience with Pega software.

· Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pega Systems Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools.

· Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
