Testing Coordinator

• Leading or participating in the development of test items or other materials used in testing
• Coordinating with other members of the testing team, including test designers and test developers
• Overseeing the administration of tests to ensure that they are administered correctly
• Keeping track of test scores and reporting them to managers as needed
• Working with clients to design tests that meet their specific needs
• Participating in the creation of test plans, schedules, and protocols for testing events
• Resolving problems that may occur during testing procedures
• Helping to develop and administer computer-based tests (CBTs) or online tests
• Reviewing results and providing feedback to test developers on the validity of test designs
