We are hiring for Cloud Practice Lead _16 Yrs
Total Experience - 15+ years with hands on experience with Azure and AWS, strong preference for architecture certification in one of these platforms
Strong understanding of cloud technology and its implementation across major Cloud providers (ex. Azure, AWS and Google)
Passionate about technology and customer success with excellent communication and articulation skills
Enhance service offering and drive towards growth of the Practice
Bring innovation in the Practice by coming up ideas , differentiators and development of tools /.accelerators to differentiate us in the market
Leading the Cloud Activities across geographies by working closely with respective Geography Leads
Promote cloud offerings and expertise internally with accounts and externally with customers to create pipeline and opportunity for growth of Practice
Support new business activities, proposal creation and engagement scoping
Responsible for developing roadmap to achieve organizational, business and delivery goals for Cloud Offering
Lead the team to continuously push the limits and adopt new capabilities (cloud architectures and frameworks, CI/CD practices.)
Establish the vision, strategy, and direction in line with the Practice Vision
Develop and implement the Business , annual operation plan (AOP) engaging the team to drive the vision and create an environment that embraces change and perceives challenges as opportunities
Drive team motivation and lead changes essential for the achievement of long term goals
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading development groups through software development cycles
Proven experience of software development methodologies, principles, procedures, software management, DevOps, Agile Practices and services
