| : | Role Descriptions: Agentic AI Skills: Digital : Artificial Intelligence(AI)~AI Agents~Database Technology Experience Required: 4-6 Role Summary- • We are seeking a handson Agentic AI Developer to design, build, train, and operationalize agentbased AI systems using LLM/SLM architectures. The role requires strong foundations in model training, data profiling, agent orchestration (LangGraph/LangChain), and Responsible AI, with a clear focus on explainability, guardrails, and deterministic behavior for enterprisegrade deployments. • Key Responsibilities • Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LangGraph / LangChain, including multiagent orchestration, tool usage, memory, and state handling. • Build controlled and deterministic agent behaviors using lowtemperature settings, prompt constraints, and reasoning bookmarks. • Train and finetune ML / LLM / SLM models using supervised and unsupervised learning approaches. • Perform data profiling, feature analysis, and dataset preparation to improve model quality and robustness. • Implement Explainable AI (XAI) techniques to ensure transparency, traceability, and interpretability of AI decisions. • Embed AI guardrails including safety filters, output validation, hallucination control, and policy enforcement. • Work extensively with dataframes (PyRentics / Python) for analytical and modeldriven workflows. • Build productionready AI pipelines with evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization. Good-to-Have-Exposure to Azure (App Service, Storage, ADO) or other cloud providers. responsibilities /expectations from role- 1. Required Skills 2. Strong experience in ML, LLMs, and SLMs 3.
