We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Lead Animator to lead the animation function and deliver visually compelling, high-impact creative content. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can transform ideas into engaging visual stories while driving innovation across animation projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong artistic vision, exceptional storytelling abilities, and expertise in modern animation techniques. In addition to producing high-quality animation, you will mentor creative teams, establish best practices, and leverage AI-powered creative tools to streamline workflows, improve production efficiency, and explore new possibilities in visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end animation process from concept development to final delivery across multiple creative projects.
• Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling assets using industry-standard tools.
• Develop compelling animation concepts that effectively communicate ideas and enhance brand narratives.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual experiences.
• Review animation outputs to ensure consistency, quality, creativity, and adherence to project objectives.
• Mentor and guide animation team members by providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and technical support.
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging animation trends, creative techniques, and AI-powered tools to enhance production workflows.
• Optimize animation processes to improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Continuously improve animation standards, design systems, and storytelling methodologies across the organization.

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and professional animation workflows.
• Strong expertise in Animation principles, motion graphics, visual communication, and storytelling techniques.
• Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to transform complex ideas into engaging visual content.
• Experience leading creative teams and providing artistic direction on high-impact projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and motion design.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and enhance animation workflows is highly desirable.
