Cold Caller - Lead Generation Specialist (Technology & Staffing Services

Requirements and Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in (B2B) lead generation and sales preferably in the US geo
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in lead generation tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
- Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Data analysis and decision-making skills

Reporting Structure:

Lead gen specialist operates from Noida office, works in US EST zone and reports directly to the CSO

Ideal Candidate:

Self-motivated, quick learner, ethical, results-driven professional with a passion for lead generation and business development. Familiarity with Google adwords, Linkedin Marketing, Zoominfo and Hubspot CRM is a Big Plus.
