Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 20 digital marketing professionals, including performance marketers, SEO specialists, content creators, social media managers, designers, and CRM executives.

Drive qualified lead generation across multiple real estate projects through paid and organic digital channels.

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI through data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, Branding, and Project teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, landing pages, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators.

Implement attribution models and analytics frameworks using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.

Work with agencies, media partners, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Build strong remarketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies relevant to the real estate industry.

Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines, privacy regulations, and brand standards.
