Project Coordinator

Role: Project Coordinator (Auditing)
Mandatory Skills: IT Infrastructure Operation, Project coordinator
Good to Have Knowledge : Auditing, Security, Application management
Total Experience Required : 3-5 years (3 years Relevant exp required) Band B2

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a project coordinator in IT infrastructure & operation field
• Good team player, self-driven, self-motivated and liaise with different teams such as IT Governance/Infrastructure/Enterprise Solution/Supply Chain/Workday/Financial team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Should be open to work in Late Evening / Night shift based on project needs / customer time zone
• Responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing PowerPoint slides, working with excel tracking spreadsheets, preparing meeting notes
• Ability to gather information, perform analysis, and categorize data
• IT Infrastructure, operations, , Application management knowledge are required
• Previous Audit experience or project lead level/coordinator experience (Good to have)
• Gather Audit Scope, identifying the owners, and scheduling preliminary meetings with the owners/audit team.
