Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based at Arcane Skin and Hair Clinic in Noida. The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive clinical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair, and nail conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and pigmentary disorders. The role includes performing cosmetic and aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, fillers, and other minimally invasive therapies aligned with clinic protocols. The Dermatologist will conduct detailed consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include counseling clients on skincare routines, coordinating with support staff, staying updated on advances in dermatology and cosmetology, and contributing to a welcoming, ethical patient experience. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with proven ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including experience with aesthetic procedures such as lasers, peels, injectables, and anti-aging treatments. Clinical experience in managing Acne and related conditions, with evidence-based treatment approaches and patient counseling skills. Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Dermatology (MD/DNB or equivalent), with valid medical registration. Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and maintaining high standards of safety and infection control. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures and treatment plans clearly and empathetically. Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team, manage time effectively, and adapt to a busy aesthetic practice environment. Interest in continuous learning, attending relevant workshops or conferences, and staying current with new dermatologic and cosmetic techniques.
