You will be a Sales Engineer working alongside our government-validated Agentic Runtimes and Multimodal, Mixture of Experts Agentic Graphs . Over time, you will evolve into a \"puppeteer for the agents\" by gaining a deep hands-on understanding of our state-of-the-art technology and an even deeper hands-on understanding of the users on our platform.

The Mission

You will be the bridge between our ambitious study and work abroad aspirants and our proprietary, government-certified AI-driven ecosystem.

Your mandate is to be perfectly at home in two worlds: understanding the nuanced, human goals of our users and mapping those requirements directly to Nbyula’s offerings, while relentlessly identifying and bringing back the gaps wherever they exist. Your goal is to not only close the deal and change a life but to systematically train our digital ecosystem to do the same at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Master the Two Worlds: Engage in high-quality conversations—assisted by a variety of AI agents and tools—with study & work abroad aspirants. You will map their complex requirements to Nbyula’s offerings and meticulously document the gaps where our offerings fall short.

• Harvest Daily Insights: Be the frontline intelligence gatherer. Every day, you will bring in insights around what worked and what did not work in terms of sales pitches or offerings. You will synthesise this by directly conversing with users over calls and by deeply reviewing their text conversations with the AI assistants in the Nbyula spaces.

• Sculpt Certified AI Agentic Workflows: You will actively suggest daily changes to the AI skills, prompts, and agentic workflows. Because our neuro-symbolic multi-agent architecture has been officially recognised for its scientific novelty by the German BSFZ , your ground-level sales feedback will directly inform cutting-edge, state-of-the-art R&D.

• Close the Deal & drive generational impact: Understand each aspirant’s goals, timeline, and concerns to transform their aspirations into reality. Identify, set up, and tune an ideal follow-up routine continuously with intent, not irritation. Hit and exceed your monthly targets, maintain clean records in our CRM, and ensure a smooth handoff to our ops teams.
